The digitalization of art and cultural heritage interrogates the future status of digitalized works and their distribution. Laws have to sustainably ensure continuity as well as renewal of works and creation processes. Under what conditions can we create and regulate for the future, if necessary, new ways of data management, circulation and sharing? How can we make different laws concerning the digital creation and cultural sector (such as copyright, related rights, right to oblivion) compatible with the interests of contents creators, as well as the interests of people who exploit and use these contents or simply access to them?
