Program Coordinator and Lecturer for the Certificate in Digital Curation Program at Johns Hopkins University
Joyce Ray is on the faculty in museum studies at Johns Hopkins University and program coordinator of the graduate certificate in digital curation. She previously held senior positions at the US National Archives and Records Administration and the US Institute of Museum and Library Services. From 2011 to 2014, she was a visiting professor at University College London and then at Humboldt University in Berlin before returning to Washington, DC, to her current position. She has published on digital curation topics in numerous professional journals and edited a book, Research Data Management: Practical Strategies for Information Professionals, published by Purdue University Press in 2014.
